2. Do you ship across the UK?

Yes! We ship anywhere in the United Kingdom using trusted couriers such as Royal Mail. For more information, visit our Shipping Policy.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate UK shipping for £3.99, which includes tracking and insurance.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can track your parcel via the courier's website.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only for all purchases on Merdreef.shop.

PayPal offers a secure, fast, and easy way to pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card. You do not need a PayPal account to check out—you can pay as a guest using your card.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us at contact@merdreef.shop within 24 hours of placing your order. After dispatch, we can no longer make changes.

8. What is your return policy?

9. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re very sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@merdreef.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

10. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address. If the order has already shipped, we’ll try to assist, but we may need to wait for the package to be returned before resending (additional shipping charges may apply).

11. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll provide a free replacement and cover return shipping. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
